Report a Price, Calculation or Article Issue
Use the form to explain something that needs checking. For a price report, include the country, observation date, selected weight and purity. A link to the comparison quotation helps establish whether the difference concerns the same product, transaction direction and price basis.
You can also report a broken tool, request a source correction or raise a privacy question. A reply email is optional; provide one if you want the operator to be able to contact you. The form saves the report privately and does not send an automatic email or make the message public.
What Happens to a Report?
The website administrator receives it in a private review inbox. Checking a suspected error may require comparing the original source, date and unit, or reproducing the calculation. Reports do not automatically alter rates or create public allegations about a business. There is no guaranteed response time.
For a deletion request, identify the earlier message using its approximate date and the email you supplied, if any. Include enough context to locate your own report without sharing identity documents. Read Privacy for retention and processing details.
